Which is worse Sexism or Racism

In this post I'm going to talk about two very bad things in history that a lot of people would've loved to forget. These two things are sexism and racism against African Americans. Both of them were really bad but which one was worse?



Some of the worse racism against African Americans started a long time ago when African Amercinis were slaves in those bad times. After slavery was abolished in December 5, 1865 thanks to the passsage of the thirteenth amendment. When African Americans became free, that's when some of the worst racism began against. They were called bad names,discriminated against in sports,politics and more. There was a lot of racism in Martin Luther King Jr.'s time too. That's why he decided to stand up with his famous speech I Have A Dream in 1963. Even though it was an amazing speech it didn't end racism once and for all. Racism against African Americans still exists today, the good news is people are fighting it. Even though we may never make everyone not racist against African Americans, we can keep on fighting and doing the best we can.




Sexism on the other hand had no start.. It was always there; even today it exists. One of the worse cases when women weren't allowed to vote and just considered property of a man. NHL,NBA,MLB and other major sport leagues have no women. When Canada's men's hockey team lost at the 2006 Olympic games in Turin, everyone was upset. For some people it ruined the whole Olympics.A lot of people didn't even care that the Canada's women hockey team had won gold. There has never been a women President in America. One woman came close during the last America election where Hillary Clinton ran against Obama who is now the President.


Racism Against African Americans or sexism: which is worse? I ask you that question.Racism against Afican American was probably worse than sexism in the past because there was murder, fights and even wars over this issue. Although sexism wasn't as bad in the past , there are some extreme cases today that make it horrible and equally as horrible as racism against Afican Americans. So I ask the question again. Which is worse racism against Afican Americans or Sexism?I believe that racism against African American is worse than sexism because there a lot of blood sheed over racism against Afican Americans and debate. People are still fighting it today.Sexism is horrible but in my opionion it isn't as bad as racism against African Americans. Please post comments and reply.

Best Water in Southgate Mall

You're in South Gate Mall Food Court; you're thristy and you decide to get some water. You don't like the water fountain's water so you decide to get some water from a fast food place. Although you don't know which fast food place to get it from. Thanks to the test I took, you'll know which fast food place to get your water from and how you get your water.

The two best places to get water is New York Fries and DQ/Orange Julius for the simple reason they have more ice in them. When you want to drink something the last thing you want to drink is something warm; if you take water from these three fast food places it'll be a while before these drinks get hot. The DQ/Orange Julius is better quality but the New York Fries water is a bigger cup and has a lot of ice in it.
